Ellie is an effectiveness consultant and freelance strategist.

Previously she was the Head of Strategy at MullenLowe Boston and NY, where she oversaw a team of brand and social strategists who created award-winning, business-driving work for JetBlue, E*Trade, KFC, Royal Caribbean, Knorr, Midol, T.J.Maxx, Invesco, GEICO and Change the Ref.

She’s crafted and won 50+ Effie awards, including the Grand Effie for American Greetings’ World’s Toughest Job. She developed the EFF-YEAH™ tools, training and process that earned little MullenLowe the distinction of being the 2nd Most Effective Agency in the US for consecutive years.

Before that, she was at Ogilvy, working on beloved brands like American Express, IKEA and Avon.
